What stopped is billing them through the product: pricing plans no longer drive billing, subscriptions collected through Synthflow stopped, automatic minute top-ups ended, and connected Stripe accounts were disconnected.
No. Agency White Label is $419 a month for unlimited client sub-accounts. No setup fee, no fee per client, no revenue share. You pay the plan plus $0.09 for each minute over the 3,500 included.
No. Every language model, every voice from ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Inworld and Azure, and every transcription engine is built into the platform and covered by your per-minute rate. You never connect an API key and your clients never see a provider name.
